Wetting and dewetting of liquid on solid surfaces is a well-known phenomenon in daily live and manufacture. The capability of wetting and dewetting on solid surfaces plays an important role in diverse applied field. We should utilize wetting sometimes, such as abstersion, mineral floatation, printing and paints, adhesives, and protective coatings, which need wet the solid substrate as can as possible; While sometimes we should make use of deweting, such as water-repellent surfaces, self-clean surfaces, antiadhesive surface.which require takeing place dewetting on the solid surface. In nature, the mechanism of wetting and dewetting is the theoretic foundation of practice, so it is very significative to investigate wetting and dewetting phenomenon theoretically. And in this dissertation, we firstly present a very simple and fast route to fabricating MicroLens Arrays by utilizing dewetting of bilayer polyner films. Then we do some basal research on the dewetting and layer inversion of inverted P4VP/PS bilayer films superficially.Micro Lens Arrays(MLA) are the lens in micron size arranged orderly, which are usually made of quartz or some transparent polymer. MLA is the key part of an optic apparatus, and is applied in photic messages, photic memory, integral imaging, vision technique, disposaling photic information widely, so that people around the world focus on develeping a simple ,fast , low-cost route to fabbricating MLA in large scale urgently. And in this dissertation, we demonstrate a very simple and effective route to fabricating ordered micropatterns over large areas on the basic of...
