Biological Dynamics Parameter Analysis And Experimental Research On Dummy's Head And Neck In Crash Test

At present, the passenger's injury index and the characteristic of energy absorbing of vehicle foreside can be integrallty evaluated in domestic positive crash test related to passenger protection. The evaluation method is mainly about that the data can be acquired from the sensors equipped on the dummy's head , neck, chest and knees. So the judgement can be educed by means of this kind of evaluation method. Whether the judgement is right mainly depends on that whether the simulation of dummy's biological dynamics characteristic is right, whether the sensors are in gear and whether the information collecting devices is accurate and so on. In the paper, the biological dynamics parameters of the dummy's head and neck in the positive crash test have been analyzed. From the point of view of the dummy, I have analyzed and studied the characteristic of the suited dummy's biological dynamics parameters by means of normal simulation test.Main contents:1. After reading a lot of literatures, the actuality and developmental direction of vehicles crash test statute are introduced with the study actuality of vehicles passive safety and the study method and the newest production and developmental trends.2. The requirements of measure system and parameters of dummy's head and neck in positive crash test have also been introduced. The paper also includs the information of signal filtrating, sample frequency, differentiate rate, result display and so on. 3. According to the requirements of the dummy's head and neck in crash test, the test devices are designed with the hardware and software for measure system. After that I finished the demarcation and validation with the parameters of dummy's head and neck in crash test are also done.In the test, the hardware , the software and the research method adopted are absolutely according to the requirements for passenger protection regular design and for measure system in CMVDR 294.The test conclusion is good for reducing the infection arose by the dummy on result in crash test. The research is also propitious to get the correct judgement and to improve the technology level in vehicles crash test.
