Research On Construction Technology Of Integrated Span Simple Support Girder For Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Railway

With the implementation and development of quasi-express railway and high speed railway, it requests a higher smoothness to the rail laid on bridges. To meet the requirements of high traveling speed of the train, the integrated box girder becomes the main type adopted and prevailing tendency for high speed railway bridges.High speed railway has been introduced abroad long time ago. Many kinds of girder erection machines with various capacities have been developed for the erection of bridge girders for high speed railway. Girder erection equipment shall be manufactured in compliance with bridge structure and requirements of construction, so that the equipment could accommodate the requirements of bridge structure in all aspects.In the past the girder erection machine used in China is mainly the standard girder erection machine with lifting capacity less than 160t. It has been widely used. The girder erection machine could be transferred without disassembling or only slight disassembling. It is suitable for the erection of T-girder segment and box girder without cantilever panel of short span bridge on single track railway.The research on girder hauling and erection equipment for high speed railway in China is initiated with the construction of Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Railway in 1998. The design of bridges on Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Railway is mainly of integrated precast box girder with length of 24m or 32m for double track railway bridge or single span bridge on single track railway. Due to the increase of structure dimension of box girder and load for girder hauling and erection, the girder erection machine used in the past could not meet the requirements of girder hauling and erection for bridges on Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Railway.
