As one of the main constituents of modern power equipment,the internal combustion engine(ICE) has obtained widespread applications on industry,agriculture,energy and transportation.Because the complex configration and its severe working condition of ICE determines the much high failure rate,therefore the fault diagnosis of ICE is nessary to enhance the service quantity and efficiency of equipment.The angular vibration signals of ICE crankshaft contains a lot of information on power condition,it obtained the domestic and foreign widespread attention,and it is the front and research hot spot in fault diagnosis domain of ICE.The simple and accurate measurements on angular vibration signal is the premise of fault diagnosis of angular ribration.At present,it has not a trade portable metering equipment on angular vibration based on USB connection,therefore it developed a portable metering equipment on angular vibration signal of ICE crankshaft based on USB connection using monolithic integrated circuit technology abbreriated by PCMA,which has certain innovation and practical value.In PCMA designed according to hypothesized instrument throught design is composed of hardware and software part.The hardware is mainly sampling card for angular ribration,which firstty according to the T law measured the instantaneous speed using 51 monolithic integrated circuits,then carried out the data communication of sampling card and computer ushing PSIUSBD12 chip of PHILIPS corporation.Taking the aboved two kind of chips as the core,it has completed the design,manufacture and debugging of sampling card ,and solved the system anti-interference problem using Watch Dog way.The design of software has mainly carried on three aspect work:first,it developed the programme on the measurement of instantaneous speed whith C51;second,it compiled the data communication procedure between the sampling card and computer;third,it developed the WDM USB driver,with Deiver Studio tool bag.The software and hardware design all followed the reliability design principle of observe and control system,and the hardware design mainly considerd,the parts select and the PCB wiring,the software design has mainly solved the out of control problem of programme.
