In these recently years, with advance of standard about air defence and possible war, many building and basement should be strengthened. In the dissertation, several new method of enforcement combination of ordinary and military application are discussed in detail.In the article, several experimental models are established according to actuality of basement for air defence. Much experimental data is obtained. Through analysis of the experimental data and results, these methods evidently strengthen the concrete frame in the basement. In the fame strengthened by these way, sudden tremendous load can pass to column or base through steel brace, so bearing capacity is fully utilized. The deflection in the middle of the beam decreases greatly. The appearance and development of crack delay obviously. And the bearing capacity increases evidently.Analyzing the experiment by finite element method, the theoretic result accords with experiment. This shows these method of enforcement are reliable and feasible. Then the method and process of design about enforcement are introduced. The theory of design is compendious.At end of paper, several engineering examples are presented. Utilization of these method of enforcement approves its reliability and considerable value.
