As to some problems existing in the present urban construction, the thesis taking urban physical space as the target and adopting the research method with theoretic discourse, sums up the problems in the plan of urban space form. In the respect of the application of the complicated systematic scientific conclusions and other useful urban planning methodology, the thesis tries to dig out the cause of them. Through discuss of these problems to search solutions to better planning.In the process of discussion, the thesis carries out the analysis and contrast on the urban space in its entirety layer upon layer. On the basis of affirming the arrangement structure characteristics, the thesis puts forward the coexist view of various urban dimension space and discusses its construction deeply. On this basis, taking the process of urban form design as an example, the thesis provides the powerful argument further and offers some theories and practical foundation for the operation and design means of urban form design. This dissertation is divided into six chapters; the first chapter is digging out the problems and summarizes the bad aftermath of these matters. From second chapter to fifth chapter as a whole section, through the arrangement structure forming theory of the complicated systematic science, and within the theory of body movement, the thesis analyzes the process of the arrangement structure of urban form and discovers the arrangement structure and character of the urban form. Meanwhile, it puts forward the conception of"dimension space unit". Through the above conclusions, the thesis processes a further discussion for its space character and design method. Finally, chapter six probe into the causation of these problems which arose this thesis, and try to use the arrangement structure forming theory to figure out the solutions.The whole dissertation contains about 45 thousand words and 48 illustrations.
