The Exploration Of Sustainable Preservation Strategy On Urban Modern Culture Heritage

After hundreds of years developing, the meaning of culture heritage has related to many aspects of materiality, including modern culture heritage. But lots of modern culture heritages have been destoried, because traditional static state preservation couldn't deal with the dynamic character of"immateriality"in modern culture heritage. So, the hotspot is appeared on how to realize the survival of modern culture heritage with exploring the"immateriality"theory in it.On analyzing the course of culture heritage's preservation, the dissertation points out the way of"materiality -- immateriality". The immateriality which depend on materiality for existence is the most important in protection of historic areas. And the conception of Sustainable Preservation is refered for the survival of heritage considering on three instance factors (culture\ human\ function). Base on the conception, the author conclude the influence of three instance factors on materiality in modern culture heritage and put forward the target\ principle of Sustainable Preservation ---- Cultural Core Inheritance, Human live requirement, Function Regeneration.The dissertation deepen the analysis based on three aspects and apply the conclusion to Comprehensive Plan\ Particular Plan\ Specialty Plan. Finally, the strategy and frame of planning on Sustainable Preservation is the conclusion.The dissertation is about 70,000 Chinese words and with 60 illustrations.
