Human Engineering And Structure Analysis Of Horizontal Directional Driller DL360

Supported by The underground horizontal directional drillers research project of Nanjing DL No-dig Engineering Company Limited and focused on the new-style horizontal directional driller DL360, this dissertation innovatively designed the automatic driver chair,systematically studied the key CAE techniques including the modelling method, static nonlinear contact analysis and harmonic response analysis of the finite element (FE) model, size optimization of the structure of the whole big beam. The contents and innovative points of this dissertation include:1. The CAD model of each part and whole driver chair were designed according to the PROE platform to lay foundation. The design of the chair mainly improved the comfort and increased the angles of view. They are highly competitive on the market because of the improvment in work request and a elegant appearance.2. Traditional machine design and intensity check is carried out on the transmission mechanism. an nonliner contact analytical calculation is carried out on the driving system to get distribution rules of contact stress , comparing it with the results by the Hertz formula.3. Harmonic response analysis was preceded on the powerhead box. FE modal under the each main load according to the basic theories of harmonic response analysis to get dynamic characteristic of the box. The harmonic response analysis to the box can provide designer a good basis that natural frequency couldn't be equal to work frequency to prevent from taking place a resonance.4. The parameter model of big beam was established by using the optimization function of the ANSYS according to the basic theories of optimization. The design to decrease the mass of whole body was preceded based on the stastic analysis of the body.The thesis's research work offers the experience of construction design and analysis on the horizontal directional driller DL360, to provide certain idea in the aspect of developing the horizontal directional driller of our country with the right of independence knowledge and enhancing the level of design.
