There are a lot of reports about rebalance loop design of DTG,but it can only lock DTG while working. When DTG stands in the state of start and stop, the general rebalance loop can not lock DTG nearby the zero deflection angle, its rotor will bump the baffle through and through, which make the flexibility tie-in of DTG bends in a wide angle frequenly,so that DTG can not work normally and has a limited life. Thus we need to design locking loop of DTG on moving base, which can loop DTG nearby the zero deflection angle during the whole course from starting to working to stopping. There are various factors affect the stability of DTG,including material choice, structure design, heat design, electromagnetism compatibility design and manufacture technics during the design process, and environment transformation during the application, in which temperature change is the most important. So we need to add temperature expiation to DTG device,in order to minish the effect of temperature change to the stability of DTG. Steps as follow:(1)test the temperature drift of DTG on some temperatures, build the temperature drift model of DTG's output,(2)test the temperature of DTG at this moment by temperature-test component and estimate the drift output of DTG by using the temperature model,(3)the DTG's output after temperature expiation can be counted by subtracting the temperature drift output from the tested output of DTG.In this paper,we design the locking loop on moving base on the basis of rebalance loop, emulate and design circuit board. We also design a preject about temperature expiation. The results of emulate show that both the locking loop on moving base and the temperature expiation preject can meet high performance desire.
