DTG (Dynamically Tuned Gyro) is an important measure component to be used in sensitivity angular rata in the inertial system. As the development of the inertia technology, its focus is primarily on improving precision,dynamic performance and working life, reducing noise and power consumption, implementation of small-scale integration circuits and gyro. Accordingly, rebalance technology of DTG has been got a corresponding development. Because of the shortcoming that the error is big in temperature and nonlinearity of simulating rebalance loop is demonstrated out gradually. The simulating rebalance loop is digitized for having the higher dynamic quality, static quality and anti-interference. The main content of this dissertation are as follows:1.The control matrix and output matrix are reached for studying the coupling condition of the DTG using the decoupling method of diagonal matrix.In order to improve the characteristic of dynamic response, the dead-beat control is added in system.2.The 32-bit high-performance SOPC digital controller as well as its outer-ring hardware and communication interface circuit is designed.3.Combining with the design theory of digital rebalance loop, the circuit including the signal amplification, appraise demodulation and filtering is designed according to restrain condition as wobble of endbrain of rotor, sampling frequency, quantization error, and choosing and distribute of loop gain, when design the rebalance loop.4.The system software is designed after the hardware platform is completed, and then simulate the function of the designed system.
