When insulated switch of 110KV system operated in electrical company in yan cheng, safety of hypo-two voltage's circle which prevent from attacking acted and phase-B fuse burned.To solve this fault, with domestic and overseas research we analyzed detailedly how to bring arc with opening and closing insulated switch and showed arc's radiation speciality, at the same time we introduced electromagnetism interference was promulgated in space and came into hypo-two loop at last.With academic analysis we testified correctness of theory analysis by data and wave shape that were got on experiment.On theory and experiment we found appropriate strategy to solve question by practicality of electricity net in yan cheng: Double shielded cable was used in protective loop;earth in two ports was adopted outer shielded cable ; eartn in one point was still used in inner shielded cable. Cupreous net in transformer substation which was exployed to rise voltage linked with central earth net.We connected a capacitor (0.5μF)to release the current of high frequency in the way of parallel connection in metrical loop.
