With the constant development of the human civilization, the modern social demand for paper is becoming larger and larger. Black liquid produced by papermill, if not to be dealt with and discharged at will, certainly will cause serious pollution to the rivers and lakes. And alkali recovery boiler dealing with the black liquid can not only fully recover the alkaline in the black liquid , but also utilize burning of the organic matter in black liquid in order to produce the industrial steam and get benefit two times. Therefore it is great beneficial to improve the economic benefits of the papermaking course and the essential equipment of pollution-controlled of paper mill.In order to improve the dependability of the key position of the alkali recoveryboiler——the overheated evaporator and exhaust gas economizer, predicting thelife-span of the boiler drum accurately, and instructing the normal running and maintaining of alkali recovery boiler finally, multi-disciplinary research on temperature field, stress field of heated tube sheets and life-span of boiler drum are carried out on the basis of producer's design data and original program offered with the Model WGZ220/6.8-1 alkali recovery boiler. The article has probed into several following respects mainly:First of all, through designing 8 kinds of different size schemes, on the foundation of warm computing technology of wall recommended " Standard Method to calculate the Boiler's heating power " (Year 1973), with ANSYS software to work out corresponding APDL computing procedure, has calculated temperature field in three-dimension heated tube sheets in detail according to all kinds of schemes, and find out their distribution law.Secondly, on the basis of known temperature field, the stress field is calculated under the eight different scheme with an indirect method (i.e.thermal analysis is carried on first, then apply the known node temperature to the structural analysis), comparing the stress between 10th tube and 11th one, finding out their distribution law and main influential factors on their stress and distribution law.
