| The thesis is aimed at the study on moisture proof performance of building structure, the objective factors affecting building moisture are vapor, environmental temperature and building's ventilation situation by combining the theory with the experiments. During the analyzing course of moisture transmitting mechanism about building structure, the vapor penetrating principle is used in practical engineering. Different structures are improved to meet the needs of moisture proof according to the analysis on different structures.There are two kinds of structure damping, external damping and interior damping which exist in every part of building. The minimum heat resistance of structure that prevent surface damping is deduced theatrically based on the building surface damping analysis, then compare it with the one in code and make a personal statement. In terms of interior damping measures, the heat-transmitting coefficient and vapor penetrating coefficient affecting dew condensation is focused on analysis, and then different moisture proof measures are come up with accordingly.Though the external heat-preventing structure is not used long, it has a great practical value. From the perspective of building moisture proof, external heat-preventing is helpful to moisture proof. China is a country with distinct seasons. The southern areas are in high temperature and high damp in summer, so dew condensation in summer should be taken into consideration besides dew condensation in winter. In addition, an insulation layer should be built in interior building structure for moisture proof. |
