Research On Moisture Problem Of Suzhou Traditional Houses With Brick And Timber Structure Based On Building Pathology Theory

Based on the problems in traditional residence,the method that proposed analyzed and solved is put forward.This paper makes an in-depth discussion on the problems of the traditional houses and the damp proof strategies.Under the special historical and environmental background of Suzhou,based on the literature review,the concept of combing,experimental research,questionnaire survey,and the theory of building pathology and related research methods,the traditional houses of brick and wood structure common in Suzhou area is explore,wet disease problem situation,principle,type,damp wet disease forming factors,failure mechanism and effects.It also puts forward the methods and strategies for the adaptability of traditional dwellings in Suzhou area.Based on many traditional houses on the investigation,it is put forward that the traditional dwellings in Suzhou damp disease rating benchmark,starting from the roof structure,building envelope,bearing,ground based point of view,the traditional dwellings in Suzhou – Shi Gu Tang adopted qualitative and quantitative research method of the combination,and the existence of the damp disease on the rating,evaluation result of serious damp.This paper analyzes the forming factors of moist diseases in the traditional residential buildings in this area,including environment,materials,architectural design and human factors.The failure mechanism was discussed according to the moisture of different building materials,and through the method of experimental research and computer simulation,the influence of wet for the construction of mechanical properties has been analyzed,namely the moisture level increased,mechanical properties decreased,changes in the range of 30%-40% moisture content,mechanical properties and long-term strength of materials due to the step type weakening,then stable.Based on the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the influence of humidity on Residents’ life.The traditional moistureproof method according to the present situation are summarized,and the existing problems is analyzed in the late stage to solve these problems,and put forward the suitable on the wood structure and enclosure proof strategy,to explore the historic tide,tide,tidal obstacle mainly to the new mode of proof.
