Active Magnetic Bearing is one kind of equipments that can be used to suspend the rotor in the space with Magnetic force. With characteristics of free friction, free oil, high speed,changeable dynamic performances and easy monitoring, it is superior than traditional bearings used in more wide domains, as high speed, vacuum, purity and changeable dynamics traits, it is widely used in high speed rotational machines.Paper establishes two model systems: rigid rotor magnetic bearing system and elastic rotor magnetic bearing system, and elicits the expression of state-space. With analysis of the model, it adopts Robust Control Theory, H~∞control theory to make the controller for magnetic bearing systems, establishes emulations of systems, and H~∞controllers show the good performances of anti disturbances and stability. Adopted the DSP technique, paper makes the designs of the hard ware and the soft ware for the systems. The hard ware system is based on the main chip TMS320LF2407A, includes A/D, D/A, Power amplifier and Voltage transfer and Low pass Filter; the soft ware system is based on the performance modules, includes A/D transfer module, Control Algorithm and Numerical Filter, D/A transfer module. Paper takes some trials on Low pass Filer and Power Amplifier, includes AC Transient Analysis of Filer and Static and Dynamic Analysis of Power Amplifier.
