Effectiveness analysis is a very important portion in modern military equipment research and also a difficulty in effectiveness-to-cost ratio analyses. Being a comprehensive index of evaluating the system, system effectiveness is the basis of arranging a weapon and equipment, making decision on tactic and choosing a plan. At present, however, there has no effective quantitative method. In our country, the research on system effectiveness starts rather later, till now, only pay more attention to the subsystem and qualitative or half-quantize method. Therefore, it is of great important significance in theoretical research on the complex and large-scale system and its application. From the viewpoint of the system engineering, a simple model of UCAV(Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle) is built, which consist of sortie system, avionic device system and weapon subsystem. Secondly, the sortie probability of UCAV, the effective of the radar in different tactics and kill probability of missile are discussed. The quantity of index provides a strong mathematic basis for analysis. Thirdly, this thesis improves and expands the WSEIAC model in order to apply to large-scale system. The expanded WSEIAC model has the clear layer and the wide usefulness, it is very prodigious worthiness. Finally, Genetic Algorithms is researched that it is used during several UCAV break through enemy defense. On this condition, effectiveness analyses software for sortie system is compiled using Visual C++6.0 by Genetic Algorithms. In the end , the classic flight path combination and the least UCAV numbers that satisfied attack request during the several UCAV cooperate combating is discovered.
