With the development of the economy, more and more high buildings and large mansions have been built. Elevators have already been indispensable. In order to make the elevators run more reliably, the control system for the door of the elevator without the position sensors is studied in the paper.First in the paper, the basic principle of VVVF is researched, and the mechanical character is analyzed specifically. In order to improve the accuracy and smoothness of door's running, a timing method is put forward which is that taking advantage of voltage curve to control the speed curve. In succession, in order to improve the reliability of system, put forward a method to measure the position after cancelling two sensors. Based on the methods, the control system for elevator's door is designed.According to the demands of system and the characters of DSP, TMS320LF2407A is selected as the central processor. The function of chip is powerful, and there are adequate modules in it. In order to implement the anticipate function of system, the internal resource of the chip is designed accurately, which includes the choice of the modules, the configurations of the registers and the multifunctional pins.In succession, Based on the principle of system and the internal resource of DSP, design the system's hardware circuits which include CPU control circuit, forward channel circuit, pulses feedback circuit and interface circuit with CAN bus. The main function of CPU control circuit is making the control signals, handling the feedback signals and communicating with host computer. The function of forward channel circuit is changing the control signals made by CPU control circuit to analog voltage signal which is the input of the transducer. The function of pulses feedback circuit is feeding back a series of pulses produced by photoelectric code disk to CPU control circuit. In the paper CAN bus is selected as the way of the communication between DSP and host computer.
