| Flowing the rapid development of trains in china,the automation level of locomotive is higher. As an important part of locomotive, whether locomotive control system is working directly affect the running state of locomotive. A complete detection system for locomotive control system has been achieved. However, the professional can't exactly judge the troubles by this detection system. Microcomputer controlled board testing system's research and development are based on the integrated testing system. It can help the integrated testing system to test electronic circuit boards of locomotive control system and solve the problem of fault location. It can improve accuracy and automation level for testing locomotive control system.Based on the integrated testing system of locomotive control system, this paper developed automatic measurement system based on industrial control computer for testing electronic circuit boards of locomotive control system. This system can simulate signals caused by locomotive and judge the responds to signals of boards. By this way, the system tests varieties of boards.The paper presents implement methods for testing 10 boards of locomotive control system. Some solutions of hard questions are also described here, such as the analysis of STD bus, communication to CPU board and so on. Circuits for testing boards are designed in hardware system. An interface circuit board for communication and signal conversion is also developed here. Software designing contains developing control program and system's interface based on software development platform of VC++6.0, with which users can control hardware system in real time under Windows. It also developed accuracy timer for simulating frequency signal and self checking function.The paper introduces testing system's operational principle and structure in detail. It also discusses testing process of every type of electronic circuit boards. Experimentation indicates that this system can test circuit boards of locomotive control system. |
