Since Chongqing has been a new municipality in the west of China, the development of economic is rapidly increasing. More and more huge bridges are emerging in recent years, which make a name for Chongqing as Bridge City in China. However, although some facilitating agencies provide technical service ranging from the pre-stressed technology to the great volume concrete construction, the service system is still imperfect and content of the service lack completed. At present, there are so many companies providing mixture ratio of great volume concrete or temperature measurement technology of great volume concrete are available, but there is still a little of certain facilitating agencies, which provide comprehensive services. The construction design of the entire large-scale bridge pier pre-stressed crossbeam also need to be done by the construction company alone, so it's a great challenge to some small companies.How to satisfy the need of project construction, and summarize a set of accurate, highly effective construction system for pre-stressed crossbeam putting on the large-scale bridge pier has become the realistic topic in construction field. How to carry on an accurate technical designing, thorough construction organization and strict cost control, are the key research points in the whole stage of construction design.This paper takes the pre-stressed crossbeam construction as study objective. In view of the characteristic and difficulties of the pre-stressed crossbeam construction, this paper introduces the pre-stressed crossbeam construction characteristic firstly, introduced omni-directionally about the pre-stressed Liang's construction processing. Then this paper introduces emphatically the keys of the qualities for the bridge tensioning pre-stressed concrete construction, and analysis and processes the common problems on the pre-stressed bridge construction, which would provides the practical and feasible experience for the crossbeam construction.Finally, this paper takes Chaotianmen Bridge project P9 pillar pre-stressed crossbeam construction as an example, put the following aspects into a systematical theoretical application, there are: the crossbeam supporting system computation, the laying down moulds design and the construction, the concrete construction, the concrete curing thermal insulation material thickness computation, the steel bar project manufacture and the installment, the pre-stressed project yummy treats, the installment, the stress and the elongation computation, pulled the control to the pre-stressed...
