The current scale of construction project in China with the development of the economy, the growing, the use of large volume concrete structure is becoming more and more popular. Construction process, large volume concrete construction quality problem has become the focus of attention, seeking quality excellent reasonable price of construction has been the focus of attention and research.Harmful cracks in concrete, the structural safety and the reliability of the use of hidden danger and even threat cannot be ignored. At home and abroad a large number of engineering practice has proved that all kinds of large volume concrete cracks mainly is caused by the temperature change, concrete crack control is a key in the process of large volume concrete construction technology. After concrete pouring, due to cement hydration heat and concrete condensation sclerosis, large volume concrete to undergo temperature rise and temperature drop two process, the heat from the cold effect of concrete temperature stress and temperature stress value more than the ultimate tensile strength of concrete at this time, the concrete cracks. In addition, the large volume concrete foundation restrictions produce restraint stress, if the constraint stress exceed the ultimate tensile strength of concrete, cracks.Pumping large volume concrete construction in this paper, we study the new technology, through relevant information collection, experimental study and field practice, teachers, and engineering personnel to guide, to analyze the pumping large volume concrete construction in the process of the key technologies, and influence the pumping the cracks of large volume concrete, the use of raw materials, technology and management factors were fully analyzed, guided by the theoretical calculation results, the various factors affecting the scheduling, integration, dynamic control by comprehensive means, to achieve the purpose of prevention of large volume concrete crack; From concrete mixture ratio design, pouring, maintenance and quality control of concrete quality detection, ensure project quality and save the cost, at the same time, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate technical and economic optimization of construction scheme, the evaluation results confirmed that the optimized construction scheme has great guidance for similar engineering construction and popularization significance.
