| This paper had introduced some usual prediction models at home and abroad of expressway noise by referring to large numbers of literature. Expressway noise prediction models which were widely applied recommended by Transportation Ministry of China and US Federal High Way Agency (FHWA) were expatiated particularly in this paper. By compared with these prediction models, result showed that Model of FHWA was riper and more consummate, with finer predictive precision. Model of FHWA, with the equivalent continuous sound Level A (Leq) as the assess factor, which tallied with the modus operandi with Leq as the assess factor in national standard of China, was comparatively logical and scientific and quite applicable in expressway of large flux. However, this model had some limitation and it was discrepant to the actual instance of our country in respect that it was according to the automobile type and the status of highway. Consequently, some modification was required to enhance the predictive precision of the model in actual application.Taking the Expressway from Guangzhou to Shenzhen as the research object, this paper had analyzed the prediction results of different site of mensuration, automobile flux, distance, dispersion of height, ground status at Jiangangshan section by using the Model of FHWA. By comparing the predictive precision and imitative direction of actually metrical results with those of prediction results, the reasons and contents of the modification for Model of FHWA were attain: modification of average radiant sound Level of referenced energy for diversified automobiles, modification of the attenuation by shelter and vegetation, and so on. In order to checkout the rationality and veracity of the amendatory Model of FHWA, it was applied in different conditions to other sites of mensuration at Jiangangshan section in Expressway from Guangzhou to Shenzhen, and compared the prediction results with the actually metrical results in the end.This paper focuses on the research of the typical section of Guang-Sheng highway, and gives a model of FHWA about the highway environment such as high embankment, cut slope,vegetation cover. It also offers a modified content of reference emission level. But the observation points,in this research, are mainly in the open,non-gradient,limitless section without junctions , so, some other new researches, which are carried out in the gradient, limited multi-section with junctions ,are required in future. |
