With the rapid development of putian city economy,the urban road traffic also got rapid development,the number of motor vehicles has increased rapidly,the renewal speed of urban infrastructure has been unable to keep up with the traffic development demand,led to the serious urban traffic noise pollution.Governance of the important task of urban traffic noise pollution is imminent.In this paper,Putian city road traffic noise as the object of study,this paper through data access,data collection,on-site monitoring,data analysis and other means,and using computer software Excel and SPSS for data processing,to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of traffic volume and traffic noise of different grades of roads and the traffic noise pollution of different grades of roads.This paper has also investigated and studied several influencing factors of road traffic noise in combination with the road characteristics of Putian City.The traffic noise forecasting model was established and three traffic noise prediction models(FHWA model,traffic department model and environmental protection department model)were used to forecast the traffic noise,find the local traffic noise prediction model and modified.It provided theoretical support for the management of urban road traffic noise pollution and also provided technical support for road traffic planning.Draw the following conclusions:(1)The order of the average traffic volume of different grade roads from large to small was:main road>secondary road>slip road.The traffic volume of the road was in a growth trend in nearly 8 years.The average traffic volume of secondary roads has increased by 1000pcu/h,the average traffic flow of main road and slip road increased by 500pcu/h;(2)In the past 8 years,the average equivalent sound level of traffic noise in the main road and secondary road in Putian has fluctuated,and the average equivalent sound level of traffic noise in the slip road was increasing;and the traffic noise pollution on the road in the central city area was obviously worse than the traffic noise pollution on the road far away from the central city;Overall,95.2%of the monitoring of traffic noise sound level was conform to the acoustic environmental quality standards,the individual monitoring points of road traffic noise have exceed the standard phenomenon;(3)When traffic flow<4000 pcu/h,the road traffic noise increased with the increase of traffic flow,showing a significant positive correlation,but when the traffic reached 4000pcu/h,the relationship between the two was not significant The Compared with the traffic data,the logarithm of traffic noise and traffic flow was more relevant;(4)The influence of the urban road traffic noise by the impact of the relationship between the vehicle was:large car>motorcycle>medium car>small car,that is,with the increase in the size of large vehicles,traffic noise increased more obviously;Vehicle noise and vehicle speed in a certain speed range showed a positive correlation relationship,especially the speed of motorcycles and large cars had a significant impact on traffic noise,when beyond a certain speed(the definition speed of the large car was 50km/h;the definition speed of the motorcycle was 37km/h),the relationship between the two is not significant;(5)The effect of road width on road traffic noise was not significant;The traffic noise of asphalt pavement road was generally less than the traffic noise of cement road road,It had been seen that the noise reduction effect of asphalt pavement was good;(6)Traffic noise prediction results:the absolute errors in the FWHA model,the Ministry of Communications,and the Department of Environmental Protection respectively were 2.04 dB(A),4.80 dB(A)and 1.20 dB(A),among them,the minimum error of the predicted and the measured values of environmental protection model,it was the best model of urban road traffic noise prediction for putian.Further,using SPSS software to fit the relationship between the radiation level of each vehicle and the logarithm of vehicle speed,using the regression parameters to correct the average radiated noise parameters of the vehicle in the Environmental Protection Department model:the average value of absolute error was 1.03 dB(A),the prediction accuracy was further improved,which could be used as a priority model of traffic noise forecasting in the study area;(7)Combined with the road traffic noise impact factors research conclusions,targeted Putian City road traffic noise put forward some control measures,such as the use of low noise pavement,reasonable planning and so on.
