Analysis And Research On Reinforcement Effect Of Soft Base In Shen-jia-hu Freeway

With the rapid development of highway construction, the designs andconstmctions of the roadbed projects with soft soil foundation conditions have beenconducted in a wide range in China. Abundant experiences have been accumulated through enormous experimental and theoretical analyses. In this paper, the status ofthe technology on soft soil foundation treatment in recent years is summarized.Various techniques of soft soil foundation treatment have been developed and each has its own merit and defect. Since the phenomenon of the formation buckling and excess settlement always occurs, the requirement is very high in the formation of express highway. How to select processing mode rightly affects construction quality investment and progress directly. In the paper we introduce the integral design proposal of the soft soil foundation treatment of shen-jia-hu express highway. And the basic theory of foundation treatment,the specific design proposal and construction technology dist are introduced detaily about the inherent stress pipe pile,pulp spray pile,Y sink pipe driven cast-in-place pile and plastic drain plate. In the construction, the large quantity observation of settlement and displacement is done, and the data is collated and analysed. The strengthening effectiveness and settlement calculation of the treating means are introduced detaily.The formula of pile-soil stress ratio and settlement calculation are deduced. The effect major factor is further analysed. In the paper merits and faults and applicability are compared in the aspect of the scope of application,treating effect and economy angle. At last we program a dialog composition according to VB, so a general purpose manner of the economy comparing of the pile selection is getted. Through the paper we use diversity manners acoodring to diversity soft soil foundation and select pertinent manners in response to soil type,foundation condition,path condition and construction cost to get the optimally treating effectiveness.
