This paper has mainly described in detail the research of the high accuracy control of Linear Pulse Motors and the application of bionic optimization algorithms in digital PID control system.Firstly, the working principles of LPMs are presented, followed by the advantages and disadvantages respectively. The stability and control system of LPMs are analysed. The characteristic of LPMs with constant velocity is simulated at the same time.Secondly, the identities of digital PID control system is analyzed in the dissertation, the applications of algorithms of conventional PID, digital PID and improved PID in control systems are simulated,combined with a concrete example.Considering the individual peculiarities of LPMs,some pertinent control methods are proposed, simulated model of LPMs under divided-step driving is established. the performances of LPMs system are investigated in different control systems.Furthermore, genetic algorithms(GA) and ant algorithms(AA) are applied to get ideal control parameters,according to their respective properties, with the colligation and improvement on the algorithms. It is expected to meet the demand of optimization calculation of parameters.Finally, some practical schemes and concrete notions are put forward to improve of the optimization of the algorithms.
