| Along with the electronic industries'development, the smart management of mobile power supplies been recognized rapidly. So the thesis aimed at the design and realization of lithium batteries to come true intelligent management mainly. Firstly, the thesis analyzed the way of single power supply to realize intelligent management, then on this basic, which designed the main plan for multi-power supplies'intelligent management, including the method to charge up and the main loop of charging on and discharge. Secondly,the paper designed the series of protection circuits including over charge protection circuit, over discharge protection circuit, short-circuit protection circuit and so on. The paper designed the bad gap references, the operational amplifiers and the logic operation circuits of every functional cell in multi- power supplies'management system, also which accomplished the layout design and tested the physical design rule. The management system of lithium batteries can manage charge on or discharge accurately, which can manage batteries solely according the capacities of every battery in the course of charge on. This point improved on the old method that the management system of multi- power supplies manage the batteries in uniform and need balancing equipments. At the same time, the short circuit protection circuit can react during 5us, which can protect batteries in short order. The structures of circuits are simple and easy to be integrated. |
