The researchers attach great importance in structure health monitoring system as it's useful in evaluating the reliability and safety of the structures and predicting the disasters of structure failure that may caused by either accumulation of damage or sudden catastrophe. Status identification is one of the important part of the structure healthy monitoring system, the dynamic characteristics of structures are evaluated rather frequently by measuring their vibrations. With the research and application going in deep, wireless sensor is going to be a way to expand the applicable range of the structure health monitoring system.This dissertation started with a concept design of a wireless sensor that could be used in the structure health monitoring system. The parameters and the data transfer mode are discussed as well as a performance comparison to wired sensor.Time synchronization is the key problem in data acquisition using wireless sensor. This dissertation analyzed several methods both in time domain and frequency domain, and realized these methods by MATLAB. The result of test data with time delay in one test point by numeral simulation and practical test are discussed.In the finality, the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
