| The automobile with the automatic transmission has a lot of virtues, such as more convenient manipulation, less exhausted gas release, more comfortable capability and so on. The technology of the automatic transmission has been very mature in foreign, but in China it is still unenlightened, and many projects has just been on the beginning. We are now not capable enough to study and design automatic transmission, so we need to found a set of theories about the hydraulic system analysis and device. The paper analyzes an electronic controlled automatic transmission, studies the theories and the device of the electron control hydraulic system, the automatic transmission simulation and reveals the problem that how the automatic transmission is installed in the automobile, on the basis of the analysis of the Honda automatic transmission.Firstly, on a base of studying many foreign documents about the automatic transmission, the paper reveals the mapping of the Honda automatic transmission, and analyzes its machine, shift gears principle, and hydraulic control principle in the process of the shift gear.Secondly, in order to make up the need that China studies the device of the hydraulic system of the automatic transmission, on a base of the shortcoming of the hydraulic controlled automatic transmission, the paper discusses a hydraulic system that is applied to the electronic controlled automatic transmission, and studies the theory analysis and the device of the electronic controlled hydraulic system. The system can finish the exact controll of the sliding-friction clutch of the hydraulic torque converter, device a very good shifting logic, and resolve the problem the electron control of the shifting valve.At last, the paper sets up a simulated model of the automobile with the automatic transmission. On a base of the simulated model, the article evaluates the performance of some Chinese economical car with the electronic controlled automatic transmission.
