| Nowadays, because of the shortage of traditional energy source and the deterioration of environment, people have to find a kind of green energy to replace traditional energy. Fuel-Cell is one kind of efficient, economical and green energy in the future. Fuel-Cell an electrochemical instrument which can transform chemical power of fuel and oxidant into electrical power by means of chemical reaction .The main feature of it is high efficiency, little noise and low pollution. It is regarded as the advanced power source in the future. Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell( PEMFC for short) is an electrochemical instrument which uses solid macromolecule membrane as electrolyte. It is a new kind of fuel cell following AFC, MCFC, PAFC and SOFC. It has lower operation temperature, faster startup and no electrolyte causticity.This thesis analyzes the elements and structure of PEMFC and how to manage and control the elements, analyzes the parameter of the PEMFC. Based on the analyse, this thesis brings forward the design of control system, that is, applying a distributed control system based on CAN bus for Fuel Cell. The control system is distributed into seven parts: H2 supplying system, air supplying system, water management, power detection system, watch and control system with LCD, main controller and CAN communication system. The thesis design the control strategy and how these parts communicate.TMS320LF2407 is chosen as the MCU of the main controller and the main controller control the execution of other systems. LPC2294 is chosen as the MCU of watch and control system which is used to show the statement of fuel cell and receive the command from person, then transfer the command to main controller. this thesis designs the whole control system in details. |
