Dislocation and rising displacement of shield tunnel segment are tow tech problems in construction. With the development of shield tunnel construction technique and standard, the segment crack, connection, and waterproof trouble become more serious and outstanding, and the problems may impact the construction quality, usage and even maintaining. This thesis is based on the shield tunnel project in the west line of the Rail Traffic Line NO.2 in Shanghai. Firstly, this thesis designs an adaptive method and a detail project for the constructing circumference and a monitoring survey on dislocation and rising displacement is carried out on spot in jacking process. Especially in the survey of segment dislocation, a creative method for the dislocation survey using dial indicator and steel angle is designed to avoid disturbance in dislocation survey on spot. After analyzing the surveying data, some rules and characters of the segment dislocation and rising displacement are worked out, including the relationship between them and the related factors. Secondly, finite element software ANSYS is adopted to simulate the segment in jacking process. In numerical simulation, we take the different condition varying with the jacking into consideration, and we computed and analyzed for these conditions. Some regularity can be deduced out based on the numerical simulation in further. In addition, the jacking force and pre-tension of bolt are taken into discussion about the effect on dislocation of segment. At last, there is a theory analysis about the segment dislocation and rising displacement with the utility of mathematics and mechanics theory. The theory analysis could not only give out the regularity of segment dislocation and rising displacement, but also some relations and formulae...
