With the rapid development of electronic technology, the problem of heat sink, which is caused by high frequency and high speed of electronic apparatus, density of integration and miniaturization of integrate circuit, has become one of basic factors that restrict the development of electronic technology. As the study of heat sink technology of electronic apparatus becomes more and more important. Firstly, development and actuality of heat pipe heat sink are reviewed. At the other hand, the nano-materials have special properties on the structure, photo-electric, magnetic and chemical peculiarity. By analyzing the movement of the nano-materials in the fluid, the nano-materials changed the structure of the fluid, and improved the energyexchange; the heat coefficient of the fluid is enhanced. We can reduce the time heating up and save the energy. Therefore, Nanofluids technology has emerged as a new enhanced heat transfer technique in recent years. It has wide application foreground in the heat transfer field. A number of studies have been carried out to understand and describe different behaviors of nanofluid, Most of the investigations indicated that the addition of nanoparticles can greatly increase the effective thermal conductivity by increasing the nanoparticles concentration. Using nanofluid as working liquid of multi-phase flow and boiling heat transfer is becoming a hotspot of heat transfer research. Especially the boiling heat transfer phase change research on heat pipe with adding nanoparticle.
