Research On Key Technology For Satellite Overall Optimization Design Based On TiGEMS

Satellite overall design is a Multidisciplinary tradeoff and optimization process. In Satellite overall design, designer can process structure design and analysis by virtue of CAD. It not only improves the work efficiency, but also reduces some mistakes due to different understanding for drawings. But Most of CAD System emphasize system currency and neglect the future and process of design object. The design efficiency depends on designer's knowledge and experience. So Satellite overall design needs a CAD system facing idiographic vocation and process.Aiming at the key technology of satellite overall design and integration development of facing design process, this thesis designs and develops a satellite overall design platform combining with satellite task analysis, structure design, dynamics analysis, solar press analysis and mass characteristic.The main research contents of this paper as follows:Firstly, system requirements and design. The paper compartmentalizes 3 main functions based on customers requirement, advances system structure and internal interface and introduces some correlative technology.Secondly, Satellite Mass characteristic analysis. The part introduces the feature ,mathematic principium and calculation formula of Satellite Mass characteristic analysis, analyses the satellite Mass characteristic flows and arithmetic ,and displays the system running instance in TiGEMS System. It provides some functions for consumer such as assembly checking, Mass characteristic computing and satellite Match Balance computing.Thirdly, The Solar Radiation Pressure analysis. The part introduces the feature ,mathematic principium and calculation formula of the Solar Radiation Pressure analysis, analyses the Solar Radiation Pressure flows and arithmetic , displays the system running instance in TiGEMS System. It provides some functions for consumer such as Task Time Setting, movement components defining, face-parameter Setting and the Solar Radiation Pressure computing.Lastly, The Solar Panels Occlusion analysis.
