The turbine blade is one of the key components in aeroengine. The research on this paper is to deal with the problem of the precision control of the turbine blade. The paper combines the CMM data and the simulation data to analysis the error of the blade. After this, we can get the displacement field of the turbine blade.The main contents are described as follows:The blade is measured by the CMM, and the method of compensation for the CMM data is developed.The method of the model registration based on double moment is developed. Compared to the single method, it has higher precision.Grid information of finite element is resolved. First, the array and matching of grids are figured out. The disorders grids are changed into order ones. Secondly, methods are brought forward to resolve the problem of a large number of grids after the characteristic of net file is analyzed.Compare the results of the simulation and the CMM measure, we can get the same Deformation.The system of the error analysis is developed.
