The turbine blade is one of the key components in aeroengine. In order to deal with the 01 control in mould design of the turbine blade. With the data of measure experiment and the solidification simulation modeling experiment, Analysis the law of deformation for the turbine blade based on displacement field, and then, provide some useful information for the process of modeling cavity designing. The main contents are described as follows:1) Two experiments and numerical simulation experiment. In the process of temperature field simulation, some parameters are hard to be calculated. This problem is solved by the experiment of temperature field, and provides a good basis for the precision numerical simulation of stress field. The cast experiment provides the data mould for measuring. The numerical simulation of stress field can provide some information to deformation and the rate of shrink which in the process of casting.2) The experiment of measuring includes these works: making a plan for the measure of turbine blade, dealing with the measure data and reconstruct surface of the measure mould, some necessary data were provided in research.3) Research for match technology between different models. Find a way to select the match objects, and provide two methods for matching. At last, as the error of turbine blade surface a example to compare those methods.4) The deformation analysis of turbine blade. Analysis the deformation of investment casting based on displacement field. Calculate the rate of shrink for wax mould and cast based on the displacement field, and analyze the rate of shrink connect with the results of numerical simulation.
