Meshless method is one of the current in numerical analysis by far at home and abroad. Because the meshless method is not limited by the traditional elements and meshes, it is applied widely. But the boundary condition introduction difficultly has the limitation to its development, how to solves this problem is appear especially important. The paper systematically introduces present development of Meshless Method and the basic theory of EFGM, and mainly describes the equation by which the Moving Least Square (MLS) is approximately used to deduce EFGM, meanwhile, introduce singular weight function concept, and discusses the factors which may effect the calculation precision and, Has established the singular weight function of meshless method procedure with Matlab. Through to many typical example computation solution and the exact solution contrast. The accuracy and a the precision of the proceduce are conformed. This method not only is effective in solves in the meshless boundary condition introduction.,but also feasible in practice. For the structural engineering, the constitutive relations of concrete members under the strength will be nonlinear or elasticoplastic, the Concrete retaining wall is analyzed by using nonlinear singular weight function EFGM, the calculation result by nonlinear singular weight function EFGM is compared with the software ANSYS, the comparison proves that singular weight function of EFGM used to solve the concrete nonlinear problem is feasible. For the treatment of steel bar in concrete, the local dispersion model is proposed, with the model steel bar is dispersed in a local field ,the article is applied it in singular weight function of Element Free Garlekin Method (EFGM),and has established the singular weight function meshless method procedure with Matlab, the calculation result by singular weight function EFGM is compared with the software of ANSYS, the comparison proves that singular weight function of EFGM is feasible.
