Concrete-filled plasterboard structure is a kind of new-type building system introduced from Australia in which used fiber-reinforced plasterboard as the wall template. The plasterboard was prefabricated in the plant, and assembled together (the hole is vertical) in the building site. It was used as bearing wall after placed the concrete into it. In the actual project, it needs to cut off the corresponding position's plasterboard in order to achieve the hole of the doors and windows, then, the reinforced concrete were placed into the residual plasterboard and used it as a lintel or a connecting beam above the hole. In the text, some experiments were accomplished to study the concrete-filled plasterboard beam above the hole.Through the experiments with nine blocks of full size concrete-filled plasterboard beams, which were under static loading, and happened shearing failures, this paper analyzed the mechanism of the beams to stand against shearing force and the characters of destruction with the modified truss model and the truss-arc model. Base on the modified truss model, a section conversion coefficientξwas introduced considering the influence of the plasterboard to shearing capacity, and analyzed the mechanism that concrete works together with plasterboard. And more, the article also analyzed the experiments with the truss-arc model. Finally, the article comparing the analysis results of two models with the experiments results. In the end of the text, some conclusions were drew on the experiments and theory analysis in this paper. At last the author gave some expectation for future researching.
