China is a country that has serious flood disaster. At present, the whole level of flood control of rivers and cities in our country is on the low side. Therefore when engineering methods used for controlling flood water, enhancing integrated management of flood area , manoeuvring multifold technique and un-technique scientific management methods is momentous measure of setting up and perfecting modern flood control and mitigation ensurement system with Chinese characteristic , mitigating flood loss, and reducing flood venture. With the development in computers and modern computing technique , numeric simulation and imitation have gradually become an important research means.This thesis begins with N-S equations, systematically deduces one-dimension and two-dimension equations of unsteady flow, disperses the shallow water circulation equation by finite volume method. the mass actual measurement data about river profiles, railways, roads and embankment of flood detention area has been collected, neatened and analysized. Landform is automaticlly plotted by nonstructural and irregular meshes technique. Sets up one and two dimension river meshes suitable for the river flood calculation and two-dimension ground meshes for the flood detention area. Then sets up the linkup modeling of One-dimension and Two-dimension for the coupling calculation of rivers and the flood detention area , and introduces its engineering application methods in detail.This thesis starts off from the foundamental kinetic mechnism reserach on water flow and studies the flood movement rules. Simulates the union use of the five flood detention places by the founded numeric modelling of five flood detention places in Tianjin city . It tests the model of the rivers and the flood detention area with the actual measurement data, implements initial calculation of flood with secular circle.It gets the important flood water information of flooding time ,scope ,last time and flooding water depth in the flood detention area by the calculating of the above numeric modeling, confirms the use opportunity and the accordingly flood diversion capacity of the detention area, as well as the flooded data of villages, field, roads and...
