Zhu-Xianzhuang&Luling coal mining subsidence area(hereinafter referred to as Zhu-Lu coal mining subsidence area)is located in Yong Qiao community,Suzhou city,Anhui province.Not only the surrounding of subsidence is flat and have dense population,but also the coal mining subsidence area is located in the Huaihe river basin.So the pressure of flood storage and water logging control is arduous.In addition,a large areas of subsidence formed due to years of mining coal which it makes the flood has the storage space,the potential of flood storage and water logging control of coal mining has gradually appeared.This article analyze current situation of subsidence comprehensive and detailed through domestic and foreign research present situation and background.Study on the evolution process of storage space from area,depth and capacity three sides through research on historical and typical flood.Finally,on the basis of all previous work,simulated respectively effect of flood storage and flood detention on different flood processes under 2015,2020 and 2030 subsidence scenario by building mathematic model and software for simulation analysis of flood storage and flood detention to get the corresponding parameters of flood storage flood detention.(1)Analysis of flood process in typical years.Based on the rainfall data of 1956 ~ 2000 of subsidence area,analyze the changes of rainfall throughout the years.Analyze the frequency of annual average sluice flow through 1971 to 2012 based on the upstream brake around the subsidence.Determine the flood process of once every five years,once every ten years,once every twenty years and once every fifty years respectively in 1973,1996,2008 and 2003.(2)Study on the evolution process of storage space.Based on the status quo of collapse and distribution,analyze data of Landsat satellite's images used related tools of ENVI.Get six typical years data of storage space in 1987,1995,2000,2005,2010 and 2013.(3)Study on the effect of flood storage and flood detention.Based on the status quo of subsidence,through appropriate research work based on the analysis of flood process in typical years and study on the evolution process of storage space.Simulated respectively effect of flood storage and flood detention on different flood processes under 2015,2020 and 2030 subsidence scenario by building mathematic model and software for simulation analysis of flood storage and flood detention to get the corresponding parameters of flood storage flood detention.
