| Because of the discommodious maintenance of extra long tunnel, the formation of whole ballast to decrease maintenance work is taken in china since 1960s. But this kind of ballast is too more rigid, much less flexible, so wallop from interaction of train and track is much larger, especially at junction between tracks and raw on track surface. There often produces many kinds of diseases such as crevasse, saddle deformation, fracture of screw and disjunction of plywood and track. Simultaneously, noise is too larger.Flexible whole ballast has enough flexibility, overcoming the shortcoming of previous whole ballast. This flexible supporting blocks whole ballast first was used in extra long Qingling Tunnel. Since then, this kind of ballast was widely applied in extra long tunnel, subway tunnel and viaduct. At present, whether this kind of ballast can be used in high speed railway or not is still in experiment and discussed.This paper mainly presents construction techniques of flexible whole ballast from eight aspects concluding the fabrication of the flexible supporting blocks, technical requirements and survey bout construction, preparation of equipments, personnel training, concrete construction, concrete maintaining and how to control concrete cracks.At the same time, it also introduces other aspects including general situation, peculiarity,applications in the world,design theory,survey of flexible whole ballast of Wu Shaoling Tunnel, several diseases in the whole ballast, and daily ways of maintenance.Now, we detailedly introduce contents. Wu Shaoling Tunnel locates between Da Chaigou station and Lougou station. It is designed for two single tunnels, which are 20050 meters long. According to relative height of mountains, Wu Shaoling is divided into three physiognomies such as foothill, lower high mountain, and high mountain. The geologic strata rock is complicated in this region, it's distribution is mainly controlled by regional rupture structure,projecting geologic strata in the area mainly include the fourth department,the tertiary, the cretaceous,the Trias,Zhiliu department, the Ordovician,and incidental diorite of later Ja Lidong period.The special rocksoils through tunnel has fallen loess, dilatability rock,and thousand-layered rocks. The geology disasters has flow water, flow sullage, and rock around suddenly losing steady. Therefore, for the sake of the decreasing maintainence, we adopt flexible... |
