Research On DC-biasing In HVDC Power Transmission

During the power transmission using direct current in high voltage network, owing to the direct current because of monopole and earth, or the GICS because of magnetic storm, the both will play an important role in the transformer and the high voltage net. In this thesis, I compared four manners using in this problem, at last I extract a manner to calculate the bias for the reason of direct current, the equivalence of circuit and magnetic circuit, using this manner I calculate and analysis the exciting current in high voltage side of two transformer model, after calculation, I compared the result with the experiment, and analysis the reason of the difference of the calculation and experiment, then I extract the manner using magnetic hysteresis loop to calculate, and the difference of the calculation and experiment is smaller.
