Now which widely used in aircraft are mostly constant speed constant frequency AC generator system, compared to high voltage DC power supply system is more broad application prospects. It is light weight due to high efficiency, uninterrupted power supply, filter requiring a simple and easy to implement some of the advantages of the column, which can adapt to the air of power supply devices. But with the rapid development of aviation technology, aircraft equipment, electrical system, more and more structure, more complex control system, electrical system surges, spikes and so will produce aircraft system malfunction, the system has been operational mission of the aircraft, Therefore, a reliable electrical system for the research is very necessary.This study covers the following aspects:Firstly, high-voltage DC power system voltage regulator working principle described in detail, the design of the high voltage DC power regulator of hardware, including excitation power the main circuit, overvoltage and under-voltage protection circuit, the voltage detection circuit, PWM pulse generating circuit, power driver circuit, excitation current detection circuit. Established a regulator in the frequency domain model, and the soft real Simulink software design on the paper, the regulator of the model simulation.Secondly, the analysis of high voltage DC generator voltage regulator and the causes of possible failure points, according to the analysis and classification of faults were established failure analysis and fault code table .Finally, the functional requirements of high voltage direct current power system voltage regulator fault detection system analysis and design, including the DC voltage regulator fault diagnosis, fault diagnosis, fault detection of the various parts of the software design, and high voltage DC power system transfer pressure to achieve fault detection system.Test results show that the function and performance of pressure-regulator in the design can meet the needs of high-voltage DC power generation system.Meanwhile, the regulator fault detection system not only can detect the fault quickly, but also display the reasons for failure.
