Aimed at a 135MW CFB cogeneration unit, the paper deduced mathematic models of each heat loss item and heat efficiency of CFB boiler from basic desulfurating calculation, with considering the influence of desulfurater and actual operational characteristics. The analysis method for thermodynamic system based on mass unit has been improved by means of further study on the power characteristic equations and the contribution ratio of heat consumption of cogeneration units. Facing running performance of the 135MW CFB cogeneration unit, the indexes of energy loss and the optimization target value were studied; each energy loss was analyzed using the thermal deviation method and the equivalent heat drop method. Energy consumption and conservation analysis system for 135MW CFB cogeneration unit was put into effect in order to calculate the thermal economy indexes, analyze energy loss dynamically, and carry out thermal tests and journal sheets on line.
