Ji'nan Beijiao thermal power plant construction early in the industrial load,but with all the industrial enterprises relocation,industrial power plant load is more and more low,mainly for the development of civil heating.With the increase of civil heating load,the thermal power plant can not meet the demand scale of original heat source heating,heating enterprises began to heat expansion,the heat source plant system configuration problems of boiler,cogeneration and other heat sources and load matching unreasonable.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the operation of cogeneration unit and hot water boiler.According to the equipment configuration at Ji'nan Beijiao power plant is the system,working principle and characteristics of cogeneration units are analyzed;the coal consumption minimum as the objective function,establishes the mathematical model of cogeneration units;into the largest enterprise to profit as objective function,establish the economic model of cogeneration unit the.The power plant 70 MW hot-water chain boiler test data of single boiler efficiency is analyzed based on the established mathematical model of single and multiple units of the same type boiler boiler operation,given the combined operation of different types of boiler coal consumption load allocation minimum principle,determine how to optimize scheduling to coal consumption the minimum under the same load conditions.The units of the 20142015 heating season based on the actual operating data analysis,according to the meteorological parameters setting of heating load demand,according to heating load demand and established cogeneration unit and boiler load distribution model,and determine the back pressure turbine condensate pumping unit load,hot water boiler and cogeneration boiler load allocation in order to achieve the objective of minimum coal consumption and given the combination regimen combined with hot water boiler running and cogeneration units,optimize the allocation and scheduling of hot water boiler and cogeneration boiler heating load optimization between cogeneration units,and considering the coal consumption and economy to determine the optimal solution,and gives the optimization operation principle,provide powerful theory and technology support for the economic operation of the plant in the future.The thermoelectric unit and boiler load distribution optimization scheduling scheme,to optimize the operation of Ji'nan Beijiao power plant cogeneration units and parallel heating hot water boiler,thermal efficiency of coal-fired boilers can be increased by 1.26%,coal 7304 tons,13006 tons of carbon reduction,5.95 tons of SO2 reduction,24.2 tons of NOx reduction,environmental protection costs by 35.5 yuan / tons of coal dropped to 33.1 yuan / ton,has achieved the ideal effect.
