The thesis focuses on numerical simulation of accidental spill of liquid chemicals. Beginning with the nature of liquid chemicals, the thesis presents the author's classification of the movements of such substances in various media, and gives general models of advection and diffusion of such substance in different movement situations. Furthermore, the thesis also studies on the Oil,Soluble and Conservation Liquid Chemicals(SCLC), which at present are frequently spilt and cause pollution, modeling and analyzing the advection and diffusion of the two substances in the water of Bohai bay.The oil spill modeling adopts three-dimensional advection-diffusion equation to simulate the oil slick diffusion. According to Markovian theory, the spreading and drifting of oil slick is simulated in Lagrange and Fokker-Planck equation. Then the random number in the spreading of oil slick is put out. The decay and fate problem of oil are taken into cosideration systematically in the model, which also includes the volatilization, emulsification and entrainment of oil.In addition, the study on the Soluble and Conservation Liquid Chemicals(SCLC) mainly adopts the different numerical methods to analyze and solve the problems with the advection-diffusion equation.Based on the basic theory and methods above, after collecting the sources of the Bohai bay, the Bohai bay tidal current,the Oil model and Soluble and Conservation Liquid Chemicals(SCLC) model is set up and developed. The result shows that the basic theory is right and the methods are reliable and feasible.
