In this paper an off-axis aspheric surface reflecting collimate system which caliber is 60mm,focal length is 1000mm,field range is 0.8°×0.4°, off-axis angle is 2.292° has been designed base on the target require, and optimized the systerm with ZEMAX;Aspheric amount and grin quantity of off-axis aspheric surface reflecting mirror has been calculated.proposed a method to erase stress deformation with entrench groove previously;Collimate system need a precise defocussing amount to get the right divergent angle of the beam when it's used to simulate a finite distance object, for this purpose,it proposed to measure the defocusing amount with applies Talbot effect and Moire technique,in the case of measuring the angle of Moire fringes,a CCD was used to take the Moire fringes's photograph,a computer was used to process the digital image to get the spectrum spot, the fringes's angle should be figure out by the coordinate of the spectrum spot ,the program of processing the digital image and searching the spectrum spot's coordinate has been present. It's iterated the coordinates around the spectrum spot and compared the spectrum values to get the precise coordinate by Forier transformation formula to Erase the error of digital image ;In this paper, a lateral shear interferometry method has been used to measure the wave front of the off-axis aspheric surface reflecting mirror,it analysed the relation of the interference and the wave front, and represent the principle of fitting the wave front.
