The Vertically Compressive Static Loading Test for Foundation Pile is recognized as the most reliable test method to check the Vertically Compressive Capacity. According to the maintain time of Load in every level, and the convergence of Foundation Pile settlement under the Load of all levels, the Vertically Compressive Static Loading Test for Foundation Pile can be devided into Slow Load Maintain Law and Quick Load Maintain Law.In the check test for Engineering Pile, many foreign countries used the Quick Load Maintain Law, and maintain at least one hour, also, relative relaxed relative stability standard is used.Quick Maintain Load Static Loading Test has been researched from the 1970s in China, and had been included in Code for Engineering Pile Foundation (JTJ2202-83) from 1983, and Code for design of building foundation of shanghai (DBJ-08-11-89) from 1989, as Static Loading Test together with Slow method. In Tianjin, however, the Quick Load Test has not been carried out, to shorten the cycle of the Static Loading Test for Engineering Pile, it is emergent to research the Quick Static Load Test suitable for Tianjin. After repeated study, the comparison test research for Quick and Slow Static Loading Test is to be held in the practice.Through analysis for data and curve of Quick and Slow Static Loading Test: not only the range and average of settlement and settlement rate between Load under characteristic value for design and Load under ultimate nominal value for design should be found, but also the regression equation of average settlement and Load series of all level Load should be modeled through regression analysis, and modified the settlement value of all level Load in Quick Loading Test into corresponding data in Slow Loading Test. The ultimate capacity increase range, average and ratio of the two ways is found, and thruway modified the ultimate capacity in Quick Load Test into Slow Load Test.Through the research of comparison test for Quick and Slow method, the feasibility of Quick Static Loading Test in checking for the Engineering Pile is proved, the cycle is shortened apparently, obvious economic and social benefit is brought in. In the article, Quick Static Loading Test method suitable for Tianjin district is addressed, maintain time and settlement stability standard of Load in every level is cleared.According to the research result of the comparison test for Quick and Slow Static Load Test, scientific basis and empirical data will be provided for the law of Quick Static Load Test in Tianjin District.
