Developing vigorously with our country's engineering construction,the projects such as high-rise constructions,heavy workshops,bridges,harbors and wharfs,offshore oil production platformand muclear power plants use pile foundation massively.It has been the most important foundation form in our country engineering construction and usually costs more than a quarter of the civilengineering total construction cost. In all pile foundation types, cast-in-place is applicated common.,superiorly to the bored cast-in-place pile.In the Tianjin area,bored cast-in-place widerly applies to the foundation as the buildings,workshops,bridges,towers and so on..While the application of cast-in-place expansion widely,it has become the first question how to guaranteed the project quality.At present, in the pile foundation construction,the low quality control ability and method make the quality level not to be unstable. Significant accident occurs sometimes and it take heavy loss for national and people's property.Although Construction craft consummates day by day,for improper craft and The construct control not standard,the quality accident such as breaking the pile.stoping up the tube ,clamping the putty,the honey comb,less filling and so on occurs sometimes.Therefore,it is extremely importantly that utilization of science,practical construction craft and method to strengthen the process quality control.Like some project take the type of cast-in-place:pilediameter 800mm,length 45meter,the quantity is huge and the pile is long.Therefore,it relates the piles and the surrounding protection whether the quality of project is good,also relates the entire project.Presently,quality of pile foundation has universal ,grave these parate characteristic.The so-called universality namely isn't the individual pile but the majority of piles construction quality,not achieve the design request but nearly every aspects related the quality.The quality problems generally existing mean the problems are gravity ,and it gravity also displays for the actual difference between construction quality and the design quality requested.for example,some project takes the core concrete lowest intensity is 13kpa,what only reaches 65% of the design intensity.And the centre is already at outside of design platform ,and the maximal pole is partial to place amounts to 32cm.The pole being partial to place appears respectively to arbitrariness,concrete intensity also high or low,scattering grave etc.Therefore,it is necessary to analyse the construction craft, the method and the quality control of the poles. Only summarizing the induction of the common quality accidents to find the quality control the way and analyse the reason accident happened and research the corresponding counter measure,the quality of pile construction can be ensured and reduce the accident.According to years of pile construction experience and refreing the massive correlation data,the article pours into the construction craft,the method ,accident prevention etc of the pile,and proposes some experience opinions.In the process of actual construction,only the technician who is know the construction controls,the method .common accident ,solving of accident can control the construction and ensure the quality of the construction of the pile to pour a satisfies design and needing being put into use.
