There are few single helix single screw pump with its movement part, displacement is even the characteristic of having a good adaptability etc. get more and more extensive application in the oil field. Compared with single helix single screw pump, double helix single screw pump has displacement great with high efficiency, such advantages as it is good that energy consumption is low, the rotor receives the strength state, but because domestic less to the theory of double helix single screw pump and experimental study, most of every domestic oil field adopt single helix single screw pump at present So, carrying on the deep theoretical research to spiral shell's pole pump of one pair of heads form has very important realistic meanings. Among them , choosing to form single screw pole - the type of the bush rationally , the line is an important subject waited to further investigate.In this paper, the double helix single screw pump is taken as the research object. The conjugate tooth profiles of the rotor and stator is studied, on the condition that the stator comes into rigid contact with the rotor, and neglecting the influencing factors that when the oil recovery system working.According to the theory of multiple threaded single screw pump, we analyzed three basic requisitions of the conjugate tooth profiles and two styles tooth shape of end face. After detailed analyzing on the tooth shape of end face, the curtate hypocycloid is chosen to be the original flank profile of stator, and the conjugate tooth profiles of it to be flank profile of the rotor.On the basis of the optimization of profile using Pro/E software determinate that a curtate hypocycloid with k=0.5 is used on stator. Then profile equation of stator and rotor, isometric surface equation are derived, and dynamics analysis is done. Utilize F curve to exposed to pursuing to prove this stator of bone threads and rotor bone line are met the theory sealing and shifts down the condition in succession .Taking aid at the maximal area of wetted cross-section and minimal eccentric distance, combined with practical operating condition, optimized mathematical model of flank profile is built. Using the complex method with the maximal sliding velocity between rotor and stator, k at the optimal operational characteristics and structural parameters of the double helix single screw pump are attained.In the MFC frame of Visual C++ language, OpenGL plot command is transferred to built parameterized model of the double helix single screw pump. According to the model, weave optimum software and simulate the epicyclic motion of double helix single screw pump. In allusion to rotor's motion, joggling curve between rotor and stator is received. The process and estate of rotor's motion in the stator is real-time displayed. Then nonobjective Math equations are not only expressed visually and intuitionisticly but also have strong space and entity sensation. The visual parameterized model combined with optimum software is easy to design and amend.
