Act as the core power of Fuel Cell vehicle, the performance of PEMFC system is very important. The purpose of constructing the Fuel Cell System dynamic model is to provide the academic evidence and improve the dynamic performance of the Fuel Cell System.Fuel Cell System mainly contains Fuel Cell stack, fan, cathode humidifier and anode humidifier. Based on the performance analysis, dynamic components'models have been constructed in this thesis.The influences of different working conditions on the polarization curve have been studied in the experiments, and then a fuel cell dynamic model contains mass transfer model, water transfer model and output voltage calculating model has been constructed to simulate the relationship of output voltage and working conditions.Considering the experiment results of the blower steady performance, a steady model using flux program has been built. Furthermore a blower dynamic model using transfer function has been set on the basis of a dynamic testing.According as conservation of mass and energy, a distributed steady model and a centralized dynamic model have been founded grounding on the humidifier trial to imitate the operating effect.Gathering all above, a Fuel Cell System dynamic model describing the relation of output voltage and air stoichiometric, pressure differential of anode and cathode is established. Simulation and evaluation result inosculate the experiment result, the applicability of the model has been denoted, and it is helpful for Fuel Cell System exploitation and control.
