Improvement And Reliability Experiments Of Circulation System In Industry Boiler

The main factors affecting boiler water circulation faults were found out by the analysis of the boiler water circulation system. And the technical modification of the boiler water circulation system was implemented. In order to check the reliability of the modified boiler water circulation, the verification calculation and evaluation were done for the boiler water circulation. The result shows that it is safe for the boiler water circulation 20% MCR load above.Meanwhile, the on-line monitoring experiments of the water circulation before and after modification were done. The result shows that there is no water circulation problems 35% load above before the modification and 25% load above after the modification. After the modification the safe reliability of the boiler was improved. So the modification achieves success. The study results have reference value to the safe operation and the design of production for the home type boilers.
