Circulating fluidized bed combustion technology was well known as low emission,high efficiency,fuel wide adaptability of a new generation of clean combustion technology.It has been widely developed both in domestic and overseas in recent years.Now China is the country with the largest manufacture and operation of CFB boiler.It is very significant that research on safe operation of heating surface with the development to large capacity high parameters.This subject investigated water cycle system in a subcritical CFB boiler through the establishment of stagnant circulation mechanism model and the hydrodynamic calculation,obtained the hydrodynamic conditions of furnace corners and horizontal flue duct with refractory.It is a safety range that actual heat load of furnace corner with 115 mm refractory is 7.81 kW/m~2 when critical heat load is 7.0 kW/m~2.It is also a safety range that actual heat load of horizontal flue duct with 100 mm refractory is 9.27 kW/m~2 when critical heat load is 8.5 kW/m~2.The actual heat load of furnace corners and horizontal flue duct is 5.77 kW/m~2 and 5.81 kW/m~2 with the refractory thickness 150mm,and the stagnation is inevitable when it is less than critical heat load.
